I am so sorry for you dear. It must be devastating to have to deal with this. In a small way I feel your pain. My long awaited fire clutch last year was affected by a temp spike in my incubator. I had a number of babies born deformed, and eventually had to euthanize two of them. Then my pied clutch had the same thing happen, only they were already hatched. All 5 suffered heat related damage, thankfully it was only permanent in one of them.
My heart goes out to you, much like you, it was an accident. But like you, it was my fault. If I wasn't so lazy and cheap, I'd have had a decent thermostat on my incubator and it never would have happened. But we live and we learn. You can bet my new incubator won't do the same thing. Just like I can bet your AC won't do this again.
Although you have already had a number of offers to replace your lost animals, I have a really nice male vanilla hatchling sitting at about 350 grams if you are interested. It's not a lot, but I would like very much for you to have him if you have a use for him.
