Red face Cake and Blackout! (progression thread)

Alright, making an actual progression thread for the two of them to stick to, or else I'll just keep making one photo thread every other week. Compiling their old photos here too, just for comparison in the future.

Cake and Blackout have both grown considerably since I've obtained them!
Weighing day for the first time was yesterday: Cake is at 140g, Blackout is at 470g.

I'm a typically thin 5'5" girl, no huge hands. Cake was TINY.

    June 23, 2015. 70g. Some size reference...

    July 10th, 2015.

July 10th, 2015... relative to me.

    July 24th, 2015. 140g

    --

    And Blackout!
When I first got her July 1, 2015. Supposedly 350g... but she was obviously heavier than that.

July 13, 2015. Blackout struck her food straight into the water bowl. Oh little kid.

July 24, 2015. At 470g. Casually being an excellent jewelry display noodle.

Blackout currently is a big tank hisser, but is totally fine once she's out. Let's see if she improves with handling.

I like your snakes and their accessories. Lol.

Cake is so cute. An albino is most def on my shopping list (and snake accessories too).

Yes, Black Pastel! I'm planning on pairing them in the future for some hets, and then either breeding those back or getting another albino for some Albino Black Pastels... fun fun fun

LIVE FEEDING images ahead (in case anybody on this forum cares):

Terrible. But... Cake has just been refusing frozen thawed forever, no matter which way I thaw and heat the things. He was on live with his breeder since his birth, so I guess I'm not surprised that he's so finicky. I swear the first F/T he took a couple months ago was just my lucky break...
I'll try to switch him back to F/T again later after he puts on some weight. Until then...

Mouse, you have not died in vain. A beautiful little albino ball python has used you for good.

And a prettier photo from the day before to make up for the live feeding photos...
