    Heat tape/uth question

hello all. i just got the supplies that i will be using to build a rack. i am basing it off this thread.

    http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...elving-unit%29

i was wondering what kind of heat tape/uth i should use and the best place to get it. any info about how to set up up and connect it all to a thermostat would be appreciated too. thanks!

Reptile Basics is a good place to get your heat tape and connectors as stated above. They also give the option of having the connections installed by them. Once all the heat tape is installed you can use a power strip and plug all the heat tape into that. Then take the power strip and plug that into your thermostat, so all the heat tape will receive equal power and should heat all the tubs equally (give or take a bit)
