    i like wine but don't drink to much of it, it gives me headaches. to bad no one needs an industiral size incubator..lol

    I haven't decided if i will use it...more than likely not. I will put an acurite in just to keep a second eye on everything. The really nice thing about this wine cooler is it has 2 holes in it, one for the thermometer and one for the freon tube..so i won't have to do any unnecessary drilling to get my flexwatt wires or thermostat probe in there.
