He keeps getting a pink belly every few days. He's not dull like he's going to shed and had a problem with septicemia a few weeks ago

I see what you are talking about, but remember, snakes do heal very slowly. They might even get a bit worse b4 getting better. Make the vet who treated her aware of your concerns. Good luck.
