I've heard some nasty things about LLL. A lot about mites.
Did you discuss the dead animal on arrival with them, and take pictures as soon as it arrived?

I had a really bad experience buying from them too. About 8 years ago I bought a bunch of leopard geckos from them and all of them were completely emaciated. An albino dropped his tail on the 3rd day, which I've never seen or heard of before with leopards. He died a few days later, and the rest hardly ate for me and all died within a month, even with me giving them water, and pedialite from a dropper.

Yea they are shipping me another one thursday. However I was pretty angry I had to pay shipping again, but couldn't fight it because it was right there in their disclaimer.

I have just heard too many negative things re: their animals, I wouldn't chance buying from them

Never buy from.............
. It made me so sad to see him. He was just a baby that died due to them being cheap and using cheap heat packs that were freezing by the time he arrived. That was supposed to be exciting, and turned out sad. That was my first blood python and it broke my heart. I had never seen a dead snake before. To wrap it all up, never buy from them unless you are picking the animal up.
