depending on how much it breaks it down it can be quite a while before it will defecate. unless you notice some bulging or fluid retention i wouldn't be worried.

what size is the snake and what size is the pray? also if your feeding too small they may not defecate for a long period as they have nothing to defecate with.

How large is the snake? Weight, or a picture next to like a pop can would help.

My point is, if he is a large snake, a mouse is hardly a meal, but if he is a baby, and his last half of him looks big and bloated, something could be wrong.

If neither, then he is likely fine.

To go a month or more without defecating is not unusual at all. This does not mean that your snake is constipated. I will suggest that you increase the heating in your tank a bit. Ball Pythons need heat of 80 - 85 F during the day, with a basking spot of around 90 F .Night time temperatures can fall to around 75 F as long as an area of 80 F is maintained. Snakes store waste for periods of time, so don't think that every time you feed your snake it should defecate. Snakes don't have the metabolism of mammals (cold blooded). That's not how their systems operate. snakes need heat to digest where as humans dont we can breakdown food if we are hot or cold. What kind of heating are you using? is it a under tank heater or a heat lamp? remember ball pythons need belly heat and there is no need for a heat lamp.

you can try placing ur snake in warm water for a bit no hotter than 85F i had a mite problem a while back and bathed my snakes to drown the mites i found alot if not all my snakes pooped after bein in the warm water for about 15 minutes, im not sayin it'll work for sure but you seem pretty desperate so im sure anything is a good suggestion, hope this helps!! good luck!!!
    Cheers!

python guru, I have to disagree with your temps.

A hot spot of 92* should be constantly maintained for digestion. An ambient temp of 80-85* should also be constantly maintained. No need for night drops.

OP: is your snake sheding or due for a shed? Usually my girls only go after they shed every 3-4 weeks.

I agree, BP's dont require a basking area thats any higher then there regulated Hot side of 92-94*f cool side should be 80-85*F and ambient air should be 80 as well.

99.99999% of the time your BP will bust a duce when he needs to. I wouldn't start trying home remedies at this point, especially if he doesn't look bloated toward his vent. It's way too early to start trying the voodoo stuff.
