I hate Comcast and I imagine I am not alone. They still haven't fixed my cable which has been fuzzy for almost 4months now. My internet is the most unreliable thing out there. Right now the connection is about the speed of a tortoise on sleeping pills.

You ask them to fix it and it takes a few months for them to think hmmm maybe we should help our customers for once.
They are too expensive, terrible customer service and I really really really hate them.

Unless my parents have a contract with them I am hunting for a new internet/telly provider cause this is just ridiculous!

guess it depends on the the area. I am totally satisfied with comcast. It has litterally been more then like 3 years since my internet went down.... And I am getting a much faster speed then I am paying for.

Service differs region to region, here in the twin cities I have NO COMPLAINTS about comcast.

Crystal clear reception, 6 meg down ~782K up internet speeds which always run as fast as you want..

Good luck on finding someone else, but for me cable is the only way to go nowadays, it sucks that the service in your area is no good.

But for real, I have comcast cable and AT&T Internet... it's quite fast and I never lose it.

Comcast also has a bunch of websites that don't work... that's why I switched.

Honestly my Comcast cable is soooo messed up...
Some channels are completely gone then sometimes come back. Pay Per View is broken, BBC America goes fuzzy every 3seconds.... Its just so ridiculous!!!!
Sorry I need to vent I was trying to enjoy Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and Top Gear on BBC today...

The internet is ridiculous I can't stream videos at the moment and the only time i watch T.V. is on Saturday...
