I don't smoke, and don't really have an issue with people smoking around me as long as there is good ventilation. I am VERY allergic to the smoke and will wheeze for days afterward.

I had to clarify this because I said it really bothered me, but honestly I was thinking of a more physical reaction than emotional one.
