The other consideration though is stress. BPs generally like a snug hide with no room for anything but them and nothing above them but wall. This doesn't provide that. She goes into it as there is no other way to hide.

    What is her other hide?

I dunno, yeah the bird house looks cool, but it is kind of impractical.

    Re: Cute thought on Poopsie

Her other hide s a pet shop plastic hide...UPDATE: Poopsie stopped eating prekilled food. So i have been feeding her live food and she has been doing fine for months and today a mouse finally got her. Its a VERY SMALL incision and not deep and its in the bottom part of her neck where the skin expands. I thought she was bleeding but the mouse was and the cut never bled. She didn't react to it until she started eating then stopped. She was very defensive for the 1st time ever but not aggressive. She spit the food out and followed my hand movement (unusual) and she would just cuddle it. After thirty min of leaving her alone i took her out and saw the cut and i put her in her cage and the mouse i there too. She immediately before i could sit her down she attacked the dead mouse again and ate it normally and hasnt had a care since . So since its such a small and clean bite should i just put antibiotics on it or whats the best option!!????

A little Neosporin, without pain reliever cant' hurt, and might help. Just use a clean Q-tip to apply it, and don't go overboard with the amount.

Just use neosporin or polysporin and change your substrate to paper towel to prevent infection.
