male ball pythons can breed when you notice they are producing sperm slugs . . . they look like a yellowish/whitish blob, some males will produce sperm slugs as early as thier first few months of birth
i dont breed my males unless they are above 800 grams most people say that 600 grams is fine, i noticed someone else posted that 700 grams was what they bred theirs at, but its upto you . . . breeding your males when they are too small might harm them in the long run so you might want to make sure, females should be above 1000 grams but i dont breed mine unless they are 1500 grams or over. males tend to breed in their 1st-2nd second winter and females are between their 2nd-3rd winters again depending on their size, but dont power feed them to get them to breeding weight its very unhealthy and may cause problems down the road.
I'm not tryin to be rude or upset you but if you are thinkin about breeding ball pythons then i would suggest you do some research maybe grab a ball python book which has a breeding section or read over some of the breeding forums on here and read some of the FAQ which have been answered by some of the ball python experts.
hope this helped!!![]()
