As for rock - Metallica is excelent, viledialect is right on. I also enjoy me some Styx, Journey, Voyager, and QUEEN QUEEN QUEEN. If you're into epic everything - instrumentals, vocals, syphonic stuff, Nightwish is freaking awesome - think Lord of the Rings meets heavy metal meets opera. Guns n' Roses - Appetite for Destruction is a must listen, AC/DC has some really good stuff.
I just want to take a second to say this forum ROCKS - any discussion about music on the car forum I post on turns into a huge bash on rap ignorance fest, even the rock guys here are super civil. We should start a broaden your musical horizons thread, and link to clips from youtube and/or lyrics
