So here coems the problem. im not sure when eggs are due to arrive. but its been either 41oF down to 1oF. He lived 15-20 miles form me. ill have the incubator setup that i can toss in hot hands(heat packs) and hope for the best transport.

Whats the best way to transport the eggs to my house to keep them as warm as possible with minimal egg loss.
Get a small foam cooler. Set up the egg box so its ready for the incubator. Instruct him not to touch the eggs.... but to make sure his enclosure is at the proper temperatures for the eggs, if they come ( Just in case he hasnt a clue as to how to care for them)

Get a heat pack or two. ( just something to keep the foam cooler warm for the drive, im assuming this is about a 30 minute drive) And youll be fine. Try not to let them get too jostled and you should be golden.

Before you leave. tell him to separate those animals.
