Consider me a card-carrying member of the club! My male normal, Alice, has not eaten since 12/29 and my female normal, Charger, has not eaten since 1/18. Most of the experts I've spoken with, including VPI reps at NARBC, say it's pretty normal for this time of year...they smell each other and are more interested in the prospect of breeding than eatingSounds pretty normal for most all living things I guess. They haven't lost weight and they are still sleeping during the day, active at night, and thermoregulating properly. I'm in Texas, so I hope an early spring will trigger their hunger soon.
On the brighter side....my new baby normal BCI, Vincent, just ate his first rat pinkie!
Hang in there...
