94 is not too hot, and I would not remove all water from the enclosure. I would just make sure the water bowl is not big enough to soak in, since this is what you want to prevent. You do not want your snake more dehydrated since that blistering is leeching water from the snake's system.

I agree that you shouldn't be as concerned about a regurg as your need to treat that belly as soon as possible. Plus the likelihood of the vet seeing you first thing in the morning is very slim, so you'll most likely be okay in that regard anyway. Just be careful and as gentle as possible when you do transport your snake.
