 Finally working out
Well Ashtin and I went and looked at a house for rent today. I knew I liked it right when I pulled up. It is a quaint little 2 bedroom house w/ old dark-stained hardwood floors. We are moving out of her mom's and into it this weekend.  We are both so excited to be out on our own...again...but hopefully everything will go better this time. And since we are moving out we can finally start breeding rats! Woo Hoo! Luckily enough it is only about 10 minutes away from where she works, which will cut out about 1:05 out of her drive time. lol. For me it's about the same but instead of country backroads and highways is the I-road all the way to school. Just gotta get a job because her income isn't gonna work for both of us for awhile...If you want I can post the interior pics because I forgot to take a shot of the actual house. lol.

Ohhh sounds lovely! I love hardwood floors, so easy to keep up. Buy yourself a big old bottle of Murphy's Oil Soap and a mop/bucket and you're good to go for those floors. Congrats on your new home, may you both be wonderfully happy there.

I have always loved them. She loves the floors but isn't a fan of hardwood in general. I would MUCH rather sweep than vacuum.
We are just happy to be out on our own again and now we can start breeding our rats to sell as pets and food. No more trips to Petco for feeder mice!

Awww it looks like a sweet place! Congrats again. Tell her she can always get area rugs, especially if the floors tend to get cold in the winter.

she is cold natured so I am sure she will run around the house in sweats, socks, and a coat. lol. The whole house was rennovated a year and a half ago so it's got all new double pane windows, AC/heating unit, and hot water heater.
