Check out these two threads for a lot of good information and advice. Remember never to pull dry shed off your snake and to always assist it in the least stressful way possible. A lot of shedding problems can be addressed through tightening up on the husbandry issues. As well it's not uncommon to see shedding problems this time of year with the naturally dry winter conditions so you need to be extra vigilent with your snake's enclosure humidity. Learn to watch for the first signs of an impending shed so you can make sure everything is good and perhaps not have to deal with a stuck shed situation as often.
