Well apparently its not a Cooks, because there are ZERO cooks in the hobby....or so I was told.
The only difference is Scalation and Location
To be honest i have never seen a cooks in person! A lot of brokers pass amazons off as cooks. I imagine it would be tough to get a real cooks, not that yours isnt Pat (i wouldnt know from just a picture alone). Whatever it is Pat it is beautiful!

I have not seen one either. That was a main factor in me jumping on it.
Nick Mutton informed me over on Morelia Pythons that it was not a Cooks. He explained that the differences were like I said so small, that people call them Cooks if the Amazon is in a certain Phase.
Not that I am THAT pissed about this whole thing, its still a cool butt Amazon. But It would have been nice to truly have something with the "rarity" that the Cooks hold

I'm glad someone else said it because I didn't want to rain on your parade.
Although not a Cook's it is a very pretty boa.
And you could always try counting dorsal scale rows to be sure... but that just sounds like no fun at all
