I just want to point this out, but that seems like a mighty fire hazard with all of those heat lamps, squished in between the wood enclosures like that. And that the top enclosures would get extremely warm from the rising heat, not to mention, lamps themselves would put out a lot of heat in one area, imagine all of that heat rising and overheating the top levels lights.
Unless you're doing it just for a small coil flourescent light.... just for light.
I can't see it being very safe.
actually im not having any problems with heat in the cabinets i only have to use a 50watt basking bulb for day time heat and i have a fluorescent light in each cage. ive been checking temp with my infrared thermometer and it actually stays quite cool. if you were wondering about it being a fire hazard there really no problem. so there should be any worries
