I was thinking of a beardie. I have tons of empty tanks right now, from 5g all the way up to the 40g. Would it be more cost effective to breed my own feeder insects? (crickets or feeder roaches?)

On the other hand, while he doesn't have any for sale yet, a guy at a local petstore has a group of dwarf moniters. They are really neat looking. (To me anyway) and about the same size as a beardie (or smaller).
