Hi,
I wouldn't do anything until after the shed - that can cuse the nostrils to become congested and mimic the RI sounds.
However you luckily have the exact instrument needed for the next test.
I would use the stethescope to see if the noises are only coming from the nostrils or if you can hear any pop's, clicks, or crackles coming from the lungs.
Since those couldn't be caused by the shed they would confirm you needed to set up a vet visit.
