    Good news and bad news!!!

I had recently posted a thread about one of my normal females having an RI. Well after two trips to the vet and some husbandry changes she is doing great and on her way to a full recovery. The problem is I just rescued two normal females today, one is 950 grams and the other is 1500 and gravid!!! My questions are: is it alright to administer antibiotics to a gravid female? Will it affect the eggs? Thanks for looking.

I have administered antibiotics to a gravid female without any issues in the eggs. You didn't mention why your rescued females might need antibiotics.

I'm sorry, They both have mucus around the mouths and are open mouth breathing, Pretty sure it's an RI but I dont like to guess. I'm making an appoinment at the vet as soon as they open.
