    I handle mine whenever I can. Sometimes at night, sometimes during the day. I can never take pictures at night though because she is all over the place! I don't think handling them during the day would interrupt their sleep schedule. They don't need to go to school or go to work, they can just sleep whenever they want. (lucky!!)
