I'm not sure how they compare to those. I don't own any of those brands. All I can say is I've never heard anything bad about Animal Plastics.

I just sent you a PM, but I forgot something and it's just as easy to post 
With the 1754 tubs being sideways, do you have any trouble getting the temp gradient? As opposed to the tubs going in long ways and having a shorter area heated?
Also, do you use hides in your racks?

There is still a temp gradient, but it will not be as much of one as the long way. It works just fine though. Yes I use hides, I offer them to my snakes. If they chose not to use them and feed fine without them, then I take them out.
