can humidity be too high for BP?
While not shedding, can the humidity be too high? say it gets up to 70-80 for example. Thanks!

It COULD cause some respiratory problems, and if the substrate is wet scale rot could occur...

I'm guessing this is a new set-up and your substrate is retaining some moisture. If it doesn't come down in a day or two post a picture (or describe) of your set-up and I'm sure someone will help you.

Re: can humidity be too high for BP?
Based on my experience, which may or may not apply to the conditions in your house, as long as the substrate is not wet and/or condensation is collecting on the sides of the enclosure, you'll be fine. The humidity won't stay up that high for long periods, and for short periods it won't hurt the snake.
