    Rescue Snake Blind?

So the Snake i rescued about a month ago seems to have a problem with eating. I have gotten her to shed and she seems to have some pretty good eye damage. they are very white on about half of the eye. i know that her eyecaps have come off because they were attached to her shed. She came to me from a very bad home before i got her.
So i went to feed her tonight and she struck and missed 5 or 6 times, then pinned the rat in the corner and managed to hit it and constrict. then when it came time for her to eat, it was a process of her circling the rat 3-4 times she finally ate.
Then when i have her out she seems to bump her nose quiet a bit.
    Could she be blind?
I dont think it is a bad thing, i just thought it was interesting.

more than likely she isnt blind. some snakes have better vision that others. if shes striking and hitting the rat good then her vision is working well with her heat pits.

don't sweat it she more than likely fine. if anything gets worse then have the vet check her eyes. or you can with a light and see her the eyes dilate.

Are you feeding live? If you are, switching to F/T might make it easier for her if her eyesight is impaired. Just a thought.
