I'm sorry, i just about cried reading this! I think it's strange to me when people tell me they're afraid of the doctors office/dentist/whatever. I pretty much grew up in a hospital though. My mom was an ER nurse, so some nights I would go to work with her and sleep/hang out in the nurses lounge (YES ALL of the free CHOCOLATE MILK I WANT!!!). And then my dad's a firefighter, so I got my share of hospital visits from injuries from that (I totally grew into a pyro, lmao. LOVE making my own fireworks). So it's always... amusing's the word i guess, to me to hear about people being so afraid of them.
You know, It's funny...my entire family are nurses, including my brother...my boyfriend is parapalegic and I take care of him 24-7, so I know the ropes...I can handle blood and guts...I even have a scarifacation on my back....i have no idea what triggers it....it just happens
