Not necessarily, you don't get that kind of "spattered" pattern with normal pieds.

it comes from two seperate double het albino piebald breedings, according to his add. so there is something going on with one of the het codings. If it was with the pied coding, wonder how it would affect the spider genes.. maybe a blotched spied.. with more spider markings than what happens with the regular spieds? now that would be kewl.

So...it has been seven years and now one of these 'gold dust pieds' is mine. I'm going to be breeding him with a Black Pastel Pied female so I can answer that question as to what it does to other morphs. He produced a female pied that was speckled like him last year for Mike Russo, but other than that I have no idea what he's been up to over the years.

Here he is all grown up!
