    Popping

    Would anyone happen to have pictures of what a female looks like when being popped? I just attempted to "pop" mine and definatly didn't see any hemipenes but I am not sure if I did it right. It was definatly exciting though. I watched about 100 you tube videos to figure out what I was trying to do. It would kind of suck if it is a girl because I already named it YOUK fir kevin Youkilis, maybe I gotta rename it! Any Suggestions.

    I've never popped any of my snakes...Too afraid to hurt them...20 years of being afraid, why change...

    I am a newbie and just did it (its a girl!). I don't know if I hurt her but she didn't seam to mind, and it was a lot easier then I thought!

    White, fleshy, no vibrant red anywhere.


    Generally red, and if you do it right, Hemipene will pop out. one or both. Usually you see obvious red/pink.
