Bad thing is....we do have the best. I spent a year deployed with the Army...OMG. Those boys eat stuff that just ain't right.

I know both my nephews are currently in Iraq (army) before they were deployed the brought us some of the MRE's - YUCK!!!

Here's what I love about MRE's and the Army. You see in the Air Force, we look at the "Do Not Use After" date, and toss them out when they get older than what's recommended. In the Army, they have some logistics dude look the boxes over and re-certify them for another several YEARS after the "Do Not Use" date. Now mind you, he doesn't open one of them and eat it...he just looks at the boxes.
