Visiting florida, any herp stuff to do ?

So as I post I'm driving through Georgia, I'm from NY where the reptile scene isn't what I wish it was, I'll be in Florida for 3 weeks in the delray beach area, any cool reptile shops / museums / zoo's I could visit ? Are there any reptile shows or expos between now to feb 12th ? Pretty much a little vaca with no plans, just looking to relax and have fun, maybe even a little field herping... Any locals have some insite for me ? Thanks guys !!!

Ben Siegel's in Deerfield Beach. It's a bit south of Delray, but worth it. Underground Reptiles is pretty cool too. They are a mile or two away from Ben Siegel's.

While I was living in Orlando this summer I found a place called Reptile World Serpentarium. Tons of snakes, lots of venomous. They have a milking demonstration. And if I remember correctly it only cost around $10.

    A little sample:

If you're going down I-95, you must be in Jacksonville by now. Stop by Blazing Reptiles... it's a small reptile store but it's nice. Currently have a few spiders, mojaves, and yellow-belliees. When you get past downtown Jacksonville, go past 5 exits then do a side-trip to I-295 South (going right). Exit on the 2nd exit - San Jose Blvd SOUTH. Go into the strip mall on your left which has a Super-Walmart. Blazing Reptiles is in that mall.

Then you can stop by the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine tomorrow to see Maximo - this huge crocodile - and even see the taxidermied body of Gomek...
