i have never seen one in person but they look good in pics.
so if you like it buy it. and good luck with producing more.
Hmm thats interesting to no , so if i understand correctly .. there could be a chance i would just grazaini line pastels not stonewashed .
Does anyone have any pics of stonewashed pastels? i have only managed to see a few pics , would love to see more and also can anyone give some opinions on the price im being offered .. its about $415 .
Thanks

Re: Stonewashed pastel questions..
Hi,
End of the day it depends entirely on what yourself and the seller feel is a fair price.
A picture of the animal would help us decide what we think of the price on a personal level - if it looks like a low grade graziani then the price is steep but if it looks like a high grade graz pastel with an unusual twist through the stonewash then I would say the price could be spot on or even cheap.
Without seeing the animal I don't know what to tell you.

Re: Stonewashed pastel questions..
Have you asked the breeder if this line is genetic? As in can he guarantee that it is reproducable.
That would seal or kill the deal for me.
If it is just a phenotype (the look) and not the genotype (genetics) then it is up to you if you want to pay that for a snake simply because you like the look of it.

Re: Stonewashed pastel questions..
Stan Ruppel started the stonewashed pastel line he then changed the name to ruppel line pastels.
but the male he used that produced the stonwashed pastels was a grazaini line pastel.
if you like the snake and think its a good price then buy it, if not wait and find one you like for a good price.
