    Feeding Qs

A bit of info before the Qs:

My '08 normal girl is up to 350 grams. Up through today she has been feeding on adult mice. The adult mice available to me are all around 28-33 grams. I was planning on upping my girl to feeding on rat weanlings, but the place I normally get my feeders from doesn't carry any rats below "medium".

    1) do stores like petco carry frozen feeders? if so, would they carry rat weanlings?

    2) if I were to offer two feeders in a sitting, how is it usually done? offer one, wait till she's done eating, then offer another?

    3) I feed on a 6-7 day schedule. Would it be a good idea to feed a slightly smaller prey item than "ideal" on a 5 day schedule?

If all else fails, I'll probably switch to jumbo mice, but I was hoping to try to get my girl switched to rats asap, since she'll need to eat those as she outgrows mice.

any other advice you want to throw my way is great too
