I know how it feels, I have this neighbor who has 11! count them 11 lights outside his house on all night and day long. Some times he remembers to turn the porch lights off. It kills me because I have replaced almost all of the lights in my house with CFL bulbs to save energy and money on bills and this guy just leaves his on all day and night. You would think he would at least want to save money on electric. He could even put all his lights on motion sensors.
