    Re: heating/lighting?...so confused!

Since none of our opinions matters according to you two whats the point in trying to answer anyones post if we have to put up with your "your temps are too cold" "be more specific" "YOUR WRONG WRONG WRONG"

you two are mainly the reason some have not posted or tried to help anyone because of your E-Thuggery.

    C) The OP was asking a question/opinions and that was mine.
    D) Sounds like someone has not done their homework.
    E) Next time someone posts about their set-up and pet bear in mind they might just know a bit more what works best for their pet.
    Wow! Are you kidding me???

No, not all BP's are the same. I never said they were. Once again as I stated before, you were not clear in your original post as to which temp you were referring to. For a person new to snakes that can be quite confusing. All you needed to do was clarify, not have a tantrum.

And who is "internet-arguing??? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black

You are 100% right - that was YOUR opinion. Just as it was mine to say 78 degrees is to low.

Maybe you should have had someone help you with your homework, obviously you need a refresher coarse in how not to be a hypocrite. Maybe look into getting a tutor to get that resolved.

    I second the 8ball idea

I think it's great that you look at what your BP likes, and that you adjust its environment accordingly, but 78 is probably a little on the low side for "average" (if you will, since no two BPs are the same) Ball Pythons.
Thank you I merely just posted what my BP likes and was my opinion. And since the others are such exerts they tell you that you are wrong.

    Re: heating/lighting?...so confused!

Hey come on guys I have to agree with Anakiyas that lots of these stupid argument happen.

I started liking this forum b/c everyone was so friendly, but then I got more in it and more people started giving me crap.

    Let's just stick to this:

Anakiyas, great your BP is healthy, thanks for giving advice, but maybe you should've mentioned that it is not "normal" for a BP to like it that cold.

Lena and Slim, just because Anakiyas said something you guys didn't agree with or liked, doesn't mean you should keep going on about it.

    Let's keep it cool, peeps.

    Re: heating/lighting?...so confused!

I am amazed to see people arguing over 2 degrees. I could understand if the advice provided was dangerous and could possibly harm the animal however I am not getting this.

While I tend to recommend higher temps especially to new owners (which does not mean that I provide those temps to my animals), I can tell you this, 78 degrees will in no way harm the animal in question,

So time for everyone to relax and stop the bickering over 2 degrees.
