Agreed!
That yellow speckling is common on allot of spiders..

My spider has the same belly... some dark flecking across the belly, and the same coloring.
Hot spidey though.
And if anyone does have a yellowbelly spider I hope the post it. Always wondered what the YB gene might do to a spider.
Same with the ivory spider... considering what ivory does to the pastel head... I think an ivory spider might be kinda sexy in spades!

It's a great looking striped spider, but the slight checkering ON the belly tells me that it's probably not a yellow belly. The belly scales of yellow bellys are very clean and white or slight yellowing or with slight yellow patches. The checkering that yellow belly's are noted for should be on the sides adjacent to the belly scales but not ON them.
