Quarantine question.
Let's say you get a snake from breeder X and then a month or two pass and you get another snake from breeder X again.
Now this breeder is well known and you know all his snakes are 100% healthy, do you worry about quarantining the newest one even though those two snaked were together not too long ago?

Re: Quarantine question.
Yes.
Even though both were at that breeder's place, they were not housed together. And in the meantime the one that is at your place might have picked up a slight RI, or something. What if in the month's time difference something got into the breeder's collection? He might not know yet.
I always quarentine. If I get 2 animals at the same time from the same place, I have no issue quarentining them in the same spot, but a month to me is enough to not want to set back snake #1, and to have a potential something have crept in to either snake's vincinity.

Thanks, that's always been a question of mine. I have no problem with quarantining them and I have the room so that works out.
