A male probably won't hit 25 ft.. but 20 foot by no means unheard of for a male. 15 foot, over 100lbs? Yeah that's pretty damn likely.

It's pretty darn rare. Biggest one I am aware of is a Tiger maybe 18'. There i something up with the Tiger gene. They get larger than normal retics. There are more 20' retics that are Tigers than there are 20 normal retics.
