The "%" only tells you what chance that animal has at being a Het. 50% means that it has a 50/50 shot at being a het and so on 100% means there is no doubt that it is a Het.
You could buy a 50% het and still produce albinos or not. As affordable as they are I'd say got with a 100% and cut all the guess work out.
