Is the AP rack 1754(6) 6/12 Tubs any good?

I have a economy rack i like it but room temps need to be warm if not go with rbi.

I keep my living room (where I will be keeping snakes) at between 75-80*F during the winter....with the ac running all summer it cools down to about 85-90*F (need a new ac, or a downstairs apartment)
