"Face Rub"
Another issue I notice with my Baby ball (7 month old female)
is that when she purueses the cage, she rubs the side of her head on the glass and water dish etc.
Is this normal?

I have the same q. the first time i seen him out today he was rubbing his nose on his log thingy anf a hide. i know sometimes they do it to realign there jaw. but mine hasnt fed since i got it home (tues).

i know BPs will rub up against rough surfaces to help loosen off the skin when theyre just about to shed... ive also read that they can be nutorius nose rubbers while exploring their suroundings.... im no expert tho but im sure some can elborate on the subject

its normal. remember that they are nocturnal and probably have a hard time seeing in the daylight. all of mine do this. especially on the sides of the tubs.

I have a male that does it ALL the time, I dont' think it's a problem

I really think BPs are stupid animals.
I love them to death, but their brains are tiny. Mine do the same thing. lol.

I wouldn't say stupid. They have a different intelligence capacity or bar for their knowledge limit. When looked in animalian contect, they are quite average. Some may be lesser than others, but you cant compare your view of "smart/stupid" and judge them directly. They are of course much lower on the food chain.
My babies are smart. My normal male just finished 2nd grade.

lol, ok ok. I guess you're right in that aspect. It actually is amazing they know how to eat right out of the shell. That's pretty sweet to be honest.
