I do realize that the holidays come into play here and must admit that I wasn't aware that they are a huge company so maybe they are just behind in filling orders.
It hasn't been an extremely long time since I ordered so I am not surprised that I didn't receive the book yet - my only concern was that I have not had any correspondence from them - that seemed odd to me. I am a CSR for my job and I guess I am basing it off what I do for my customers - I also send them an acknowledgement of their order ASAP.
How do I PM someone from this site??? Never done that.
