To be honest, she looks healthy. You can always double up as well.. I do that with my larger female. My little guy is eating the same size as she is and she's a lot bigger. I thaw out 2 jumbo mice for her.. Sometimes she takes both, sometimes she doesn't. I offer the second one after she re-alligns her jaw and starts moving around a bit again and toungue flicking.Originally Posted by Sprinkles_Mum
My pastel is not a picky eater at all. He was on rat pups when I got him, fed him a few to get used to everything, and now he's on mice, he'd probably go back to rats if need be.
Just keep trying to offer something a little bigger.. just judge by the widest part of the body.. you should see a little bit of a bump when the snake is finished eating.
I would try an adult mouse looking at the snake.
