Just a quick note: Humidity needs to be kept at a constant 55-60%

Thanks for the note, I have been trying to up the humidity. It's a bit hard here in Colorado as the air is naturally very dry. I have been misting in the morning and evening, placing the water bowl on the warm side, blocking the vent but, still seems 35% is as high as I'm able to maintain, that is why I put the humid hide in.
