I just picked up a new ball python about a week ago. She is about two years old and about 3 feet long. This is not my first nor the only snake i own, but it is the first snake that i have bought that is not a baby.

Basically i left her be for the first week, then i fed her(she ate fine), let her be for a few more days and then started to handle her for short periods a day. She seems pretty peaceful and inquisitive. and the last time i took her out, i sate her on my lap she just looked up and stared me directly in my face without moving, is this a sign if aggression? I just was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as getting her acclimated towards me. I also read somewhere that someone suggested putting an article of clothing in the tank so that it gets used to your scent. I just need ease of mind i guess....
