    FINALLY she took!!!

This girl is picky picky picky about who and when she breeds with. I wanted to use her to make lemon blasts. She wouldn't have anything to do with my male pin (he was trying to court her). So next I threw in my male mojave, didn't want anything to do with him. Threw in this pastel, she still refused. I kept rotating the three of them, putting in one with her every two weeks since October, and she finally took with the pastel over New Years. I had just about given up hope.

Unfortunately, this male pastel has browned up and faded a lot and is mediocre. Hopefully if I get a super or pastels, they'll have her coloration (she's the bright one). I'm also hoping that she'll take with the pin now as I really want lemon blasts - I think she'd throw killer blasts with her color.

    Getting it done!
