Ball pythons do require more heat than it sounds like they're getting. In an ideal set up they should have a "basking" spot (usually provided by an under tank heater) of about 92 degrees F (about 34 C) to facilitate proper digestion and thermoregulation. For the cool side temps it sounds like your room temperature is about right (ambient temps should be at about 80-85 degrees F, or 28-30 C roughly).
It sounds like the humidity may actually be a bit high in there. Do you have something in the ball pythons enclosures to measure the humidity? With the ambient humidity that high I would expect the humidity level in their enclosures to be a bit higher even. You may have to get a dehumidifier for the room to try and lower the RAH. Unless they are in shed you usually do not want the humidity level to be above 50% as it can increase the risk for Respiratory infections.
Husbandry sounds ok, depending on the size of the enclosure most people do use 2 hides, one on the cool side and one on the warm side to allow them to properly thermoregulate without having to sacrifice their sense of safety.
Hope this helps, feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
