Rescue, need help
I just rescued a beautiful girl from the most horrid conditions. Was paired with a male, he died 2 weeks ago from an RI. She was still in same tank with 6 months or so of soaking wet nasty newspaper. Just got home with her, but haven't seen any symptoms yet. Not interested in food yet, even though it's been forever since she's eaten. She is in totally separate part of house from my snakes of course.
What signs should I look for before going to vet? I just got back from dentist and have to be at work in 3 hours, so I can't take her today anyway.
What steps should I take besides the good rules of husbandry?

Re: Rescue, need help
RI - wheezing, bubbling from mouth area, "sneezing"
Scales - due to wet conditions, scale rot, or issues, get onto clean paper towels, or newsprint, check and clean often.
Mites - check for em'
General - get temps right, higher range may be better for RI, provide a hide for security. Your adopted may need more time than others before feeding, handling etc.
Sounds like a vet visit is planned (good on ya'). If possible bring fecal sample (poop), but get him checked out ASAP>
