High Pitched Sounds?

Hi,

Today I gave my bp a quick warm bath in my sink. I started to hear very high pitched sounds and started to get worried. When I put him back into his tank, I heard it again, thats when I decided to post here to see what was the matter. I don't know if this is a normal sound that they might communicate with or something, so could someone who knows please tell me about this?

I may as well say what you're going to hear.. can you provide the temperatures of the cool side/warm side, humidity, substrate(guessing newspaper by your sig. ).. etc.

Also, BP's dont really need baths unless they smell for whatever reason..
