Actually, I am glad to see your post. Alice has two scratches under his chin for which I took him to the vet. She gave me Silvadene. It's so thick that I have trouble spreading it on before he jerks his head away. I had seen Neosporin mentioned so many times on here that I was thinking of getting some of that. After reading your post, I think I'll just try a bit harder to get the Silvadene on him. I would hate to make the area worse than it already is.
